.co domains – will they take off?

Will .co take off and will it be a new country neutral domain?? Just noticed today that the new service Vine is using a .co domain. So it got me thinking maybe this domain maybe becoming relevant. Many of our customers are often disappointed with the availability of .com addresses. So it could start to become an option. On further investigation we found a news item by GoDaddy promoting .co at the Superbowl. We secured 2cubed.co just in case!
